Corking book for people who are starting in real manor investments. If you aren't sure how to start with real estates this book is for you lot. Good introduction to investing in existent estate - or should I say multifamily. Not complicated and doesn't go into the super nitty gritty, but covers enough data in a simple way to assist with the nuts. I disagree with Cardone'south philosophy in multifamily being the only real estate investment worth having, only he makes fair arguments. This book is very informative in the process of buying rentals and what to expect for. He scratches the surface on using HELOC to purchase more and more than rentals over time and also in forming partnerships to have more capital to be able to invest. Much of his strategy requires a substantial amount of money to begin- which is usually unavailable to the average American.

The simply good betoken is reasons to invest in the real estate market. Even so he'south selling you lot the idea of "investing" through him by using fancy words like cash menses, income, leverage.

The volume is basically him saying "I'm rich, you're not, I can do things you tin't with my money, invest through me and yous'll be rich likewise." Terrible

Critical book if you have involvement in investing in existent manor. Grant looks at it a totally different mode than we are taught mainstream, and it is good to see every side that people take succeeded in what you plan on investing in. Always keep learning, go big.

Good intro volume to existent manor. Generally a pitch to invest with him, but a lot can be learned from how Grant frames his arguments.

Love Grant Cardone and his books but this was not his best work.

Practiced advice if seemingly unattainable at times. But a lot of pitching for his investment vehicle.

Quick read and pretty basic (not besides bones merely not over your head either) real manor info. Grant is actually big on buying apartments which makes sense when you recall most it from a cash menstruum perspective like he does. You lot're going to get a lot of pitch nigh Cardone Capital letter, which I was okay with since that's his real estate investment funds so information technology's a logical tie. While this isn't The 10X Rule (1 of my all time favorite books of his), this i is a quick must read.

In that location are a few great nuggets of info here; yet, think that this is one of his "free" books (similar to the Millionaire Booklet), so don't expect the quality of his in-print books.

Likewise, be prepared for the sales pitch for his Cardone Uppercase fund. But, like I said, there are noteworthy pieces of information throughout.
